What is DocVelora?

DocVelora is a focused online document and PDF workspace. It converts DOCX files to PDF and handles common PDF jobs — merging, splitting, reordering, rotating, numbering, watermarking, cropping — without the hundred-tool grab bag most PDF sites ship. Every tool here has been tested against real files before publishing, not just built and assumed to work; the Guides section documents what that testing actually found, including the bugs.

Frequently asked questions

Is DocVelora free to use?

Yes. Every launch tool is free to use and does not require creating an account.

Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?

Most PDF tools run locally in your browser. Word-to-PDF conversion currently requires brief, temporary server processing — this is disclosed on that tool's page, and temporary files are deleted afterward. The full breakdown, tool by tool, is on the Privacy page.

Why does DocVelora have fewer tools than other PDF sites?

Because a shorter list you can actually trust beats a long one padded with tools nobody tests. Each tool here has been run against real files before it shipped — see the Guides section for specifics on what was actually found during testing.

Can I use the tools on mobile?

Yes. The workspace is built mobile-first and works on phone and desktop browsers.

Does Word to PDF preserve every complex layout?

Standard fonts, paragraphs, tables and images convert reliably. Very complex layouts, floating objects or unusual Word features may render slightly differently — the formatting guide explains what to check before you rely on the output.
